Mike is the Co-Founder of SiteMinder, the Australian hotel booking technology platform which IPO’d at a market cap of $1.36b in November 2021.
As CEO, Mike grew the company to $100m in revenue over a 12 year period, before transitioning out of the role in 2019 to support the management team.
Mike continues to remain involved with the SiteMinder business as a Non-Executive Director. Mike is now an active investor and mentor to a number of Founders, with a particular focus in earlier stage technology focussed businesses.
Mike immigrated from South Africa in 2001. Before founding SiteMinder in 2007 with Co-Founder Mike Rogers, Mike worked in both the Health and Tourism industry.
