We look for defensibility and early proof: strong engagement, retention, data moats, accelerating revenue, and founders with hard-earned domain expertise. Investment criteria_
Product-market fit established, customer base growing, strong revenue trajectory. We don't invest pre-revenue, we need proof the product works and customers value it enough to pay.
First investments typically $1–10 million at Series A. We reserve significant follow-on capital for portfolio companies performing well. We aim to double down on the winners across every portfolio.
Primarily Australian and New Zealand companies, but built from day one for global markets. We've seen the best ANZ software companies scale to US, UK, and APAC quickly.

Full team introduction. You'll meet everyone who would be involved in your journey, this is a mutual evaluation.
We present terms clearly and move quickly. We don't use term sheets as a negotiating tactic.
We introduce you to relevant founders in our portfolio before close, so you know what working with EVP actually looks like.
Documentation, final diligence, and funds wired. From first meeting to close is typically 6–10 weeks for a Series A.
