// Rezdy Acquired by a US Private Equity Fund_

The sale of Rezdy marks a significant milestone for EVP Fund I.

A huge congrats to Simon Lenoir, Chris Atkin, Kevin Fisher and the Rezdy team on the successful sale to a US private equity buyer.  

We first invested in Rezdy in 2017. Since then, the team have built one of the leading booking and distribution platforms in the global tours and activities market. Rezdy was the largest single investment in EVP Fund I, and the transaction marks a significant exit for the fund.


We wish the Rezdy team continued success under their new ownership as they expand their footprint to APAC, Europe, and North America.
